11 Austin companies clock in among America’s best employers, says Inc.

BigCommerce, Dropbox, Expedia, Google, IBM, and Indeed come to the fore when it comes to which big Austin brands are the best places to work. But 11 Austin-based companies that may not be known are also recognized as top jobs.
These 11 companies are among 429 companies named Inc. magazine’s 2021 list of the best places to work in the country on May 12th.

Nick Soman, Founder and CEO of Decent, says his company strives to trust, respect, and value every employee.

Each nominated company participated in an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace on topics such as management effectiveness, perks and employee growth. In addition, the performance of an organization was examined to determine the position of the employer.
Elsewhere in Texas, seven employers in Dallas-Fort Worth, four employers in the Houston area, and one employer in San Antonio have been added to the Inc. list.
