Austin Ekeler just gave fans of the Los Angeles Chargers a small heart attack with his latest Troll Twitter post. He posted a video of dolphins jumping around and titled it “Wait for it …”
Ekeler is having a great season and with just 84 tries he has 420 yards along with five touchdowns. Losing him would be big for the Chargers, but it wouldn’t make a lot of sense either as they have a chance of making the playoffs. It was clearly a troll post, but a good one at that.
Some Charger fans believe Disgust hinted at a Xavien Howard trade that would bring the Dolphins star’s defensive back to the Chargers. As we now know, that didn’t happen. Most of the fans knew it was a joke and some of them told him he couldn’t do this before the 4pm deadline.
Disgust and the Chargers are this season after a hard loss in the eighth week against the New England Patriots with 28:24 4-3. Ekeler managed to score points in the competition.
The Chargers have now lost two games in a row and will try to recover to Philadelphia next weekend to face the Philadelphia Eagles.
Disgust meant all fun here and it was clear what he was up to. It may have scared a few Charger fans, but it was all in a fun way to break the tension after two heavy defeats
