Ahead of the annual open registration period beginning November 1st, Bright HealthCare announced its health plan options for individuals and families living in Houston, Dallas and Austin, TX. This is the first time Bright HealthCare is offering plans in Texas. The range includes both on-exchange and over-the-counter individual and family insurance products.
