Pompano Townhomes, a $ 2.7 million development in partnership with the Community Redevelopment Agency, will be located west of the N. Dixie Highway at Pompano Beach Airpark. The project sits on a 16,000 square foot lot and will feature units ranging from 1,400 to 1,600 square feet.

Fox is dedicated to the continuous improvement of South Florida and its need for affordable housing. His company recently designed the 37-unit Progressive Pointe Boutique Apartments with the aim of providing better quality living and affordable units in Pompano Beach. He was also a big supporter of the United Community Options event, which raises money for cerebral palsy.
