AUSTIN

Restaurant weeks 1.-10. Oct

The Austin Restaurant Weeks run from October 1st to October 10th.

Participating restaurants, bars, and breweries in the Austin area offer fixed-price menus, specialty menus, and specialty drinks, with a portion of sales donated to the Central Texas Food Bank. The last ARW before the pandemic raised enough to provide 893,000 meals for needy Central Texans. This year’s event, presented by Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Delta Air Lines, includes more than 50 participating establishments.

Austin Restaurant Weeks is a way to fight hunger pangs while enjoying Austin food and drink. Patrons are not asked for donations directly, and the proceeds help provide hundreds of thousands of meals for every seventh Central Texan suffering from food insecurity.

Attendees offer one or more of the following options during the event, each of which goes to the food bank: a two- to three-course lunch for $ 20, a three- to four-course meal for $ 35 or $ 50 , Tito’s handmade vodka-based cocktails and the choice of house beer or wine at various prices.
