Austin to reopen South Utility Customer Service Center after winter storm damage

Reopening of the supply center
The City of Austin South Utility Customer Service Center at 1901 W. William Cannon Drive, Suite 100, will reopen Monday after it closed due to damage from the historic winter frost.
The center is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Customers can get help with their utility bills, make payments, make payment arrangements, and find out about payment support options.
For customers living in the north of the city, the North Utility Customer Service Center, 8715 Research Blvd., Suite 115, is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The East Utility Customer Service Center will remain closed until further notice.
Customers visiting utility payment centers are required to wear a mask due to the Austin-Travis County’s Mask Mandate, which applies to all city and county facilities.
Payments can be made by phone or online at 833-375-4919 or coautilities.com.
Payment options also include authorized locations including most Austin HEB, Fiesta Mart, Randall’s, and Walmart stores; Send money orders or checks to PO Box 2267, Austin, TX 78783-2267, or use a PO Box; or through payment boxes at the North and South Utility Customer Service Centers, 625 E. 10th St. and 505 Barton Springs Road. Residents should expect three to five business days to process the tax payments. The payment box in the East Branch in Rosewood-Zaragosa is currently unavailable.

Wine Down Music Series Set
The Downtown Austin Alliance Foundation is hosting the Fall Music Series Wine Down Wednesdays on select Wednesdays through December 15 in Republic Square, 422 Guadalupe St.
The series will feature Giulia Millanta on November 17th, Spicy Loops on December 1st and Casie Luong on December 15th. All performances take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
