One of the most traditional breweries in Austin is growing.

Celis Brewery announced that it will be opening the CTX Beer Garden at Celis Brewery on October 23rd with a grand opening ceremony. The new beer garden and taproom will open adjacent to the existing brewery located at 10001 Metric Blvd., Austin.

According to a press release from the brewery, the CTX Beer Garden is 12,000 square meters and will feature outdoor seating, food trucks, a stage for live music, and a new indoor tap with more than 20 dispensers.

“This new feature will give people more opportunities to explore the grounds and enjoy our beers with their family, friends and dogs,” said Christine Celis, owner of Celis Brewer, in an October 13 press release. “What I am most proud of is that the brewery pays homage to my father and the traditional Belgian brewing style, but that our new beer garden for Celis is well on the way to the future.”

The CTX Beer Garden will host a number of new programs, according to Celis Brewery. The brewery awaits Austin FC sightseeing parties as well as beer tastings in the beer garden and taproom.

The new CTX beer garden is open Wednesday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm and Friday to Sunday from 12pm to 10pm
