Plaza Las Rosas Gifts, an Austin-based travel store, opened a retail location at Tanger Outlets, 4015 I-35 S. Ste. 408, San Marcos. On October 15, there will be a grand opening ceremony with poetry, writing, handicrafts for children and workshops on handicrafts for ornaments. In general, Plaza Las Rosas Gifts holds pop-ups across Austin and carries only artisanal goods from local market vendors. Starbucks opened a new location on I-35 19140 in Kyle in the Dry River District in early October. The new shop menu offers classics and seasonal specialties such as the pumpkin-spice latte in a traditional walk-in café and a drive-through.
