Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and its partners announced plans to build a 179-unit residential lot on Lake Austin in West Austin on November 15.

The southern-inspired franchise serves a variety of chicken offerings, including wing dishes, chicken tenders, sandwiches, and a chicken and waffle dish.

The development will include one- and two-bedroom units with amenities like a pool, fitness center, dog parks and outdoor pavilions, said Nathan Dietrich, director of community development.
