Formerly based on South First Street, Fortress Shoes sells handcrafted fair trade leather shoes in Peru. Teacher Retirement System of Texas announced on September 17 that it will be relocating its headquarters out of downtown Austin to save TRS members’ retirement funds an estimated $ 15 million over the next 20 years.
