2. The Downtown Austin Community Court temporarily relocated to One Texas Center at 505 Barton Springs Road on August 30th. Term location identified and prepared. 4. Fortress Shoes moved its flagship store to a new space at 417 E. 43rd St. in Austin this summer. Formerly based on South First Street, Fortress Shoes sells handcrafted fair trade leather shoes in Peru. Teacher Retirement System of Texas announced on September 17 that it will be relocating its headquarters out of downtown Austin to save TRS members’ retirement funds an estimated $ 15 million over the next 20 years.
