Jill Duggar’s husband Derick Dillard sits in family section ALONE as Joy Anna’s hubby Austin IGNORES him at Josh’s trial

JOSH Duggar had surprising visitors to court today – brother-in-law Derick Dillard and Austin Forsyth.
Derick looked neat when he walked into court this morning in a navy suit, white buttoned shirt, and red tie, according to the courthouse Sun reporter.

The 32-year-old sat on the side of the Duggar family in the courtroom as he prepared for his wife Jill, who is also Josh’s estranged sister, to testify in her brother’s child pornography trial.
According to The Sun reporter in the courtroom, Derick sat alone in the family division until Josh’s wife Anna went with him, and they are both said to be very friendly.
Joy-Anna’s husband Austin can also be seen in the gallery, wearing a plaid button-down and khakis.
Austin snubbed Derick when he ignored him in the courtroom.
The Sun reporter said of Austin, “He was in the back row ignoring Derick and Anna.”
As fans know, Jill and Derick have moved away from the family, creating a rift between Joy-Anna and Austin, who have remained loyal to their strictly conservative upbringing.
The couple left popular reality show spin-off Counting On, in part because the two had lost control of their lives.
In the meantime, both Jill and Brother Jedidiah are due to testify this week, but it is currently unclear whether this is for prosecution or defense.
In May, shortly after Josh’s arrest, Jill and Derick said they “hope that justice will be done” regarding their brother’s arrest.
But Jill, along with sister Jessa, revealed in a 2015 interview with Megyn Kelly that they were two of five female minors Josh allegedly molested in the early 2000s.
For the first time since Josh was arrested, Jill said, “We’re very sad about the whole thing, it’s terrible. It’s all very sad.”
Law student Derick added, “If there’s anything related to child pornography there, we obviously hope that justice is done.
“I don’t think anyone endorses child pornography.
“We are sad for Anna, put yourself in her situation and imagine how you would feel if this happened to your family member.
“I can imagine that it will be really difficult.”
FAMILY BANDS
The former Counting On star is currently estranged from her conservative Christian family as her husband and father Jim Bob argue.
Since the couple left Counting On in 2017, they have disregarded the ultra-conservative family’s strict religious views on birth control, clothing, and parenting.
Derick previously accused Jim Bob of banning them from the Duggar grounds, alleging they weren’t paid while they were appearing on the family’s reality show.
JILL’S MOOD
Just days before the trial, Jill gave fans a glimpse of her mood with the telling post she shared on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday.
The quote read, “And the God of the good times is still God in the bad times.
“And God of the day is still God of the night.”
Always the rebels of the family, Derick and Jill have often engaged in activities that were contrary to the religious lifestyle of Duggar Patriarch Jim Bob.
Earlier this year, Jill and Derek spoke about their sex lives on their YouTube channel.
In one clip, Derek asked his little sons, “Do you know how you were born? We went on a date and then you started to grow into mom’s tummy. “
Jill added, “We had a lot of dates.”
Derek then commented, “We had four dates in one day I think … one time.”
Speaking to the camera, Jill commented, “We have a good sex life.”
Despite growing up in a strictly religious household, Jill has spoken openly about her love life with Derick.
JIM BOB TAKES THE STANS
While Jill and Jed are about to testify, their father Jim Bob has already had to take a stand on behalf of the prosecutor.
The 56-year-old repeatedly claimed he couldn’t remember the details of Josh’s earlier admission that he touched the victims, who were named Jane Does 1 through 4, People reported.
In 2015, Jim Bob told police that Josh confessed to touching underage girls, including Jill and his sister Jessa, at the family home between 2002 and 2003.
According to a 2006 police report that the Arkansas police later destroyed, the Duggar Patriarch first told police officers in 2002 that he molested young victims while they slept at the Duggar family home.
“It was something for a young man to come up with,” he said, calling it a “youth record” and a “sealed case”.
Jim Bob reportedly said to Judge Timothy L. Brooks, “I’m not going to let you do this, are you going to let this happen?”
“When is there [an] If an objection has to be lodged, someone will do it, but it won’t be you, “replied the judge.
JOSH’S FEES
Josh admitted the harassment in a statement on his Facebook page at the time, although he was never charged.
The former reality TV star of “19 Kids and Counting” was charged with downloading and owning child pornography on two counts earlier this year and was on trial Tuesday with his wife Anna Duggar.
Josh, pleading not guilty, was charged with possessing sick pictures of child pornography that were “the worst of the worst” the authorities had ever seen.
It has been said that Josh’s trial could last until December 3rd. If found guilty, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
