Austin, Texas and PETALUMA, CALIFORNIA., July 13, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Kval Inc., a leading manufacturer of advanced door machinery, has partnered with Titan Development (“Titan”) to expand the production of Kval California to Hutto, Texas, one of the fastest growing cities in the US. In the Titan Innovation Business Park Phase 2 in Hat, Titan and Kval are designing and building a 52,500-square-foot, bespoke facility that will enable Kval’s ability to run his growing business in Texas and beyond.

Titan’s Phase 1 in the Innovation Park spans 68 acres with five facilities completed and the last site under development. After the success of phase 1 in the Innovation Business Park, the company closed another 100 hectares of land for the construction of up to six industrial buildings for phase 2.
Kval extension to Hutto, TX
This development is the first expansion of Kval beyond the borders California since the company was founded in 1947. Kval will expand its manufacturing facilities in this attractive location to reinforce its commitment to providing the highest quality CNC machines to the residential, commercial and architectural door markets. The new facility is expected to significantly reduce lead times and increase production capacity to better serve customers, many of whom are based in the United States Texas. As a result, Kval will have the capacity to double its production of curtain doors for residential buildings to support the increased market share and growth of the company.
The new, state-of-the-art facility will house a full production staff, on-site machining operations and a secondary parts warehouse to complement the headquarters in Petaluma, California. The plant is expected to create more than 80 high quality jobs over the next three years Hat and the environment Austin Region.
