Mr. Kressaty, who is based in New York, has over thirty years of experience in the lodging industry. He began his career at Hyatt Hotels before becoming Club Manager at the Yale Club of New York and General Manager of the legendary luxury hotel Lowell New. serving was York, Senior Vice President of Carino Hotels and Resorts Worldwide and Regional Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Highgate. More recently, Mr. Kressaty was Executive Vice President of Forbes Travel Guide, advising the world’s leading luxury brands and independent real estate, and serving as the Global Director of Residences for a privately held establishment, providing coherent oversight of its properties, staff and operations ensured standards of service and day-to-day management.
