ODESSA, Texas (Nexstar) – On August 31, 2019, area law enforcement responded to calls in the Midland / Odessa area when a then-unknown gunman drove through both communities and shot innocent bystanders. In about an hour, seven people were killed, three police officers shot and injured, at least 21 others were injured, and one suspect was left dead.
Now the Texas Rangers have released the final shooting investigation report. The report sheds new light on previously scattered and confused accounts of the Sagittarius path.
