New ramen spot opens on Airport Blvd., plus more North Austin business updates

2. The Esports-Gaming-Center Game Republik celebrates its 15th anniversary on July 17th. The game Republic is located at 3915 Guadalupe St., Austin and offers games like Fortnite and Overwatch on PC, Xbox and Playstation. 3. Optical Prime, a mobile eye clinic offering eye tests to uninsured patients in central Texas, launched on June 5th. The clinic is a project of the non-profit organization Half Helen, North Austin Vision Care, which provides free services to low-income children with visual impairments. Optical Prime includes two eye exam stations in a tiny house on wheels, sponsored by the Austin Community Foundation, Kendra Scott, the Moody Foundation, and other partners.
