All locations are supported by bilingual staff so the experience is comfortable for both English and Spanish speaking patients.
Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with the exception of some of the locations listed below.
Drive-through sites offer both PCR and antigen testing, with a 24-48 hour turnaround time for PCR testing and a 1 hour turnaround time for antigen testing. The samples are processed in a CLIA-certified laboratory using FDA EUA-authorized test kits. People who need a test are asked to bring an insurance card if they have one. Although the tests are free for patients, insurance information is requested from those with insurance coverage. Nobody is turned away on site.
