Here’s a look at a roadblock map of the city of Austin:

Where can I drive around in Zilker Park during the ACL Festival?

For those traveling north and south and surrounding Zilker Park, Lamar Boulevard and the Mopac Expressway are open.

For those walking east and west around Zilker Park, Cesar Chavez Street is open.

How do I get to the ACL Fest by car?

There are a few shops around Zilker Park that have limited paid parking spaces. There will be no parking spaces at Zilker Park and the surrounding quarters. The best place to park is downtown Austin and take the free shuttle from Republic Square Park on Fourth Street to Guadalupe Street.

Here is a downtown parking map of available parking garages and spaces in downtown Austin.

By bike to the ACL festival

The city of Austin has a detailed map of bike routes to and from Zilker Park and bike parking areas. Bike parking is on the north side of Toomey, on Azie Morton near Barton Springs Road and on Stratford Drive east of MoPac.

By bus to ACL

Capital Metro has a network of bus routes, a MetroRapid route, and a MetroRail service. Download the CapMetro app to buy passes and plan your trip.

In October, all CapMetro services except MetroBike are free.

According to the CapMetro system map, the 803 MetroRapid bus starts at the Domain at Esperanza Junction and travels south along Guadalupe Street in downtown and South Lamar Boulevard along Barton Springs Road. Several MetroBus lines also run east to west towards Zilker Park.

Note that on Friday night, ACL said there had been long waits from Zilker Park.

Due to the limited availability of shuttle buses, we will have longer waiting times from Zilker Park to Republic Square Park than expected. We encourage fans leaving the park to use other modes of transport – ridesharing, Cap Metro from Lamar Blvd, Hike & Bike Trail, etc. pic.twitter.com/qbm8ucvCoL
