The company has committed to occupy half of the 19th floor of the Class AA building that is the most concentrated within the Houston Mortgage Lenders. Polunsky Beitel Green (PBG) has built a large presence in the Houston area in recent years and expects it to expand significantly in the future. Claire Barber and Andrew Duane are associate attorneys with the Houston Office. Focused on law and regulation compliance, as well as mortgage business, Barber and Duane bring extensive knowledge and experience in the residential mortgage loan space.
Lou Ann Davis is a veteran loan document preparation for residential mortgage completion and director of document preparation for the company. Stacey Maisano, Director of Business Development, serves the company’s customers nationwide. Both will be based in Houston.
