  • LITTLE BROTHER, 1920 Junction City Road, El Dorado, AR. Observed (1) Observed the walk-in cooler and two tables for maintaining the cold holding temperature. (3) Containers for bulk ingredients have accumulations of food debris on the outside and on the lids of the containers. (4) The bracket for the hand wash basin is defective. (5) Unmarked spray bottles with toxic materials are used. Corrective action taken.
