1. The apartment complex Bee Caves Vistas is under new ownership and management as of Dec. 15 at 6508 Steep Cactus Trail, Austin. Real estate investment firm Sendera Investment Group purchased the community located in the Oak Hill region and has assumed the management of the property. 2. Lazeez Mediterranean Cafe is set to open in the Four Points region in the coming weeks at 6812 N. RM 620, Austin. Local specialty care group Texas Orthopedics, which has a location at 101 Medical Parkway, Unit 120, Lakeway, announced Jan. 4 that it has merged with five other orthopedic practices from Dallas, Houston and Tyler to form OrthoLoneStar.
