1. The food truck Teal House Coffee & Bakery from South Austin opens its stationary location on January 30th at 2304 S. Congress Ave., Austin and its signature cinnamon rolls as well as coffee and espresso drinks. 832-577-4336. www.tealhouse.co
2. Turcotte Butchers & Delicatessen will be open at 100 Commons Drive, Ste. 9, dripping feathers. Co-owners Erik and Christin Turcotte said the local deli and butcher shop will offer fine Texas cuts and roast beef cooked in-house. 3. The Bee Caves Vistas apartment complex has been under new ownership and management since December 15th at 6508 Steep Cactus Trail, Austin. Real estate investment firm Sendera Investment Group has bought the Oak Hill community and taken over management of the property. 4. The Saint Mary, a 240-unit residential building at 7500 W. Slaughter Lane, Austin, was purchased on January 13 by private equity real estate management company Velocis. Completed in 2019, the complex was built and was previously owned by Stratus Properties.
