There Have Been Calls For Tesla To Have Their Own News Outlet
 [ad_1]
Calls for a news agency came recently but are even more relevant now as many believe the media is jumping to conclusions after a Model S-Karo catches fire. One thing Tesla could do about the bad press is a TV show that shows how the brand works on a day-to-day basis. A huge company like Tesla has so many different parts, but some of the most important things are the production processes of the cars in the factory and behind-the-scenes footage of Elon Musk and the other key players that help make a big company make decisions.
How a Tesla show could be filmed
A camera team could film Tesla for a year. There could be 12-15 episodes per season. Each episode could capture a few weeks of Tesla’s operations. Different scenes in the episodes would have timestamps.
The camera team should know what and when it is best to film. The show would feature Elon Musk and other top Tesla employees. The show could provide a glimpse into Elon Musk’s personal life in the tiny house he lives in. It would also be important to show the tense moments during business meetings and / or phone calls when everything could fall apart. It would also be great for viewers to get a perspective from those who work in the Gigafactories of what it is like to work with the latest technology that is in every Tesla.
Why a Tesla Show Could Be Successful
As of now, there are some logistical hurdles to overcome, but a well-designed Tesla show could work very well. It should not only be entertaining, but also informative.
For example, 2021 would have been a great year to film Tesla. There could have been a lot of focus on building these gigafactories as well as a deep insight into the planning of expected new releases like Cybertruck and Semi.
If you want an idea of what type of show this could be, think about the shows that go behind the scenes on a college or professional sports team. For example, the NBA had a show called The Association that filmed a team for an entire season. The show included drills, games, locker room disputes, coach fights, and more. This show gave viewers an up-close look at the preparation of the games.
Tesla could do the same. They could show the hard work it takes to make a good product. The show shouldn’t be all about Elon Musk, although he should definitely be a part of it. The show should cover the day-to-day business in different departments. Musk had a Space X documentary filmed about himself that showed the fighting while building a rocket.
Possible logistical problems
Tesla’s opinion on this type of show is currently unknown. They may not see the value of such a show, or maybe they will. A show could help Tesla with their PR. Filming for this particular show could possibly be in Austin, TX and other locations where Tesla has gigafactories. The demand for such a show would also have to be assessed. There are many Tesla fans around the world, but it remains to be seen whether that translates into good reviews.
