Williamson County calls a special meeting with the City of Taylor discuss approval of Samsung’s $ 17 billion project contract
Documents indicate the facility would be built at Taylor ISD, southeast of the highway. 79 and west of FM 973 at CR 401 and CR 404. Plans show that additional roads will be built to reach the plant and SH 130.
