Woman Onboard Delta Flight Certainly Thinks So- Reform Austin

Just when you think life is only made up of surprises, a lady decides to breastfeed her cat on board a Delta Airlines flight.
That’s right, you read that right. A cat.
And if the story couldn’t get better, she refused stop after she’s caught.
The incident allegedly occurred while traveling aboard Delta Flight 1360, a route that runs from Syracuse, New York and Atlanta, Georgia.
The news spread on social media via Twitter with a screenshot of a message sent using the Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS) that pilots use to send short text-based messages to the ground.
The message reported that in response to a request from a flight attendant, a passenger in seat 13A “is breastfeeding a cat and not putting the cat back in the crate”. The message calls for the airline’s “Red Coat” team to look into the situation upon landing. Delta describes the team as “elite airport customer service experts,” “specially trained to deal with customer problems on-site,” as Newsweek reports.
Other than that news, little information was available about the incident other than a Tik Tok video uploaded on November 2nd (which is shown as deleted). In the video, flight attendant Ainsley Elizabeth recounts the events, claiming that “the security forces hit the flight because a woman was breastfeeding her cat”.
In a follow-up video, Elizabeth claims the cat is hairless and the woman swaddled it like a baby.
“Her shirt was up and she was trying to snap the cat into place and she didn’t want to put the cat back in the crate. And the cat screamed for its life. “
The Delta Policy lets you breastfeed your human baby, but what about your non-human pet? I think this is a big no-go for all airlines.
And remember, children, most cats are lactose intolerant so please don’t give them milk. particularly if it is produced by your own mammary glands.
