Barton Springs Pool reopened after flooding

Barton Springs Pool reopened October 19 after it closed due to flooding, according to a press release from the City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department.

Austin Water is updating its technology to test for algae-related toxins

Austin Water announced on Oct. 18 that it would begin conducting internal tests of water for toxins related to algal bloom to expedite the testing process.
