The Cambria Hotels brand continues to expand its presence in the Lone Star State. A 14-story property with 212 modern rooms is currently under construction.
The Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown will strengthen the hospitality scene in the state capital of Texas.
A prime location in Austin
The 14-story, 212-key Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown is expected to open in the summer of 2023 and is located at 68 East Avenue in the historic Rainey Street neighborhood. It is being developed by Stratus Development Partners, who were also behind the recently opened Cambria Hotel Napa Valley and Cambria Hotel Sonoma Wine Country.
Austin is home to a wide variety of great corporations. including 3M, Apple, Tesla, Google, Facebook, Dell and Silicon Laboratories, and is the venue for annual events such as South by Southwest and Austin City Limits Music Festival.

The new hotel will offer a range of upscale amenities.
Guests can relax in the courtyard and terrace of the Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown, bathe in the outdoor pool, admire the 360-degree view from the indoor-outdoor rooftop bar, and enjoy freshly prepared meals, local craft beers, wines, and specialty cocktails through the hotel’s restaurants.
