Brand debuts its first standalone residential property in Texas

Austin, Texas, November 15, 2021 / CNW / – Leading luxury hotel company Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Austin Capital Partners and international real estate investment firm Hines announced plans for today Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin. The new Lake Austin gated community will feature contemporary architecture, private access to the water, unmatched amenities and dedicated Four Seasons staff who exclusively manage every aspect of the property’s luxurious service offerings. Hines will lead the development team and lead the construction of the project. The private enclave is surrounded by 2,000 acres of extensive green space and is 20 minutes from downtown Austin, but feels worlds apart – with sheltered panoramic views of the lake, Pennybacker Bridge, the PGA golf course, and the downtown skyline.

Protected views and a commitment to land management

Ideally located on a secluded hill above a 90 degree curve of the lake, the height of the 145 acre community and endless backdrops add to an increased sense of privacy and beauty. With great dedication to land management, the project’s developers will implement a new, city-approved plan that will include 90 acres of nature reserve and parkland, turn a scenic lookout into a public park, and save more than 2,000 feet of shoreline from development.

The clubhouse on the corner overlooking the 90 degree curve of the lake includes a 90 m long infinity pool with three lounge and swimming areas tailored to adults and families, as well as a playroom and private cabanas. Equipped with a high-resolution, 18-meter-wide Samsung Onyx Cinema LED screen with infinite contrast, The theater and the theater lounge will be a prime location for viewing films, concerts, lectures, and sporting events.
