- Sam Zabaneh, who comes from DLA Piper and advises listed and emerging private companies as well as their venture capital and private equity investors throughout their life cycle from start-up to liquidity. He has extensive experience advising on a range of securities, M&A and general corporate matters, as well as various fundraising and liquidity event transactions. He also has experience in corporate governance and periodic reporting for listed companies.
- Jennifer Smith, who comes from DLA Piper and represents public and private corporations on a wide range of corporate and strategic matters, including venture capital finance, M&A and capital markets transactions. She also advises boards of directors and management teams in a variety of industries throughout the business life cycle, with a particular focus on corporate governance issues and compliance with securities laws and SEC disclosure requirements.
- Scott Craigwho comes from Wilson Sonsini and represents emerging, late-stage growth and venture capital firms in technology, life sciences, and other high-growth industries, and the private equity and venture capital funds that invest in these companies on a variety of legal matters including M&A, equity and debt financing, and general securities law Affairs.
