Lifestyle Communities pioneered LC Pflugerville, a 1,050 unit mixed-use community in Pflugerville, Texas. The property is the first lifestyle community development in Austin.
The first units are expected to be completed by the end of 2022, while the entire first phase is expected to be delivered by the end of 2024.
In total, the initial phase of the LC Pflugerville will comprise 409 units. Planned amenities include a restaurant, wellness center and coworking space.
Located at the intersection of Pfluger Farm Lane & Town Center Drive, about 21 miles from downtown Austin, the community benefits from the metro’s stable multi-family market driven by continued population growth.
Located half a mile west of downtown Stone Hill, close to a variety of retail, dining, and entertainment options. Typhoon Texas Waterpark Austin is one mile south of the community, while Lake Pflugerville Park is four miles away.
The developer worked with the city to plan the mixed-use community to match the history of the area, said Bo Brownlee, chief development officer & general counsel at Lifestyle Communities, in prepared remarks.
