Milwaukee-based architecture and interior design firm Plunkett Raysich Architects LLP is opening an office in the Austin, Texas area.
Plunkett Raysich’s operations will initially be based in the Practice Design Group’s existing office in Buda, Texas.
The two companies have been working together since 2012 and partnered to provide building designs to dental specialists across the country. Plunkett Raysich also offers services to customers from other sectors.
“This is a big day for PRA,” said Scott Kramer, managing partner. “We are very proud to fly our flag in Texas.”
Ken Turba will be the first employee in the Austin area office. Turba has over 15 years of experience, most recently from PRA’s Madison office.
The 75-employee company also has an office in Sarasota, Florida.
The main office is located at 209 S. Water St. at Walker’s Point. Founded in 1935, the company moved from Milwaukee’s extreme northwestern side to Walker’s Point in 2015.
