Austin, Texas – The Austin Police Department (APD) has identified the food delivery man killed by a South Austin park ranger as 52-year-old Lucifer Devil Divinitas.
Divinitas was stabbed to death by the park attendant last weekend during a dispute over a parking space near Phoebe’s Diner. He later died from his injuries.
Police said the 9-1-1 dispatcher received multiple calls around 11:20 a.m. on Sunday, October from a man in the parking lot of Phoebe’s Diner, which is at the intersection of West Oltorf Street and South First Street 31. When first responders arrived, they found Divinitas with obvious trauma.
Divinitas was transported by ATCEMS to the South Austin Medical Center in St. David. According to the police, he later died there of his injuries.

The police were called to West Oltorf at South 1st, where two men were fighting over a parking space in front of a restaurant.
Police spoke to witnesses who told them there was a physical altercation between a food delivery company and a civilian park attendant in the strip center parking lot.
The argument ended with the delivery driver, Lucifer Devil Divinitas, stabbed to death.
Homicide investigators questioned the civilian parking lot attendant. The case has been referred to the Travis County Attorney’s Office for review, according to police
