Austintown, Ohio (WKBN) – WKBN 27 First News is partnering with Austintown Councilors and Hollywood Gaming to host a Summer Fireworks Concert.

Get ready to beat the heat in Austintown, where fireworks will be set off this week
Country singer Chris Higby and his band were online and entertaining on MyYTV from 9pm to 10pm. After that, the fireworks will air on both MyYTV and FOX Youngstown.
Country singer Chris Hibee says the Austintown performance “will be lifted”.
Austintown, Ohio (WKBN) – “Party in the Plaza” was held at the Austintown Center on Sunday evening.
Despite the heat, many were ready to enjoy live music, fair food stalls, and fireworks.
It was the first time since the pandemic began that they were able to host a fireworks festival.
This won’t be the last time to see fireworks in the valley – there’s a full list of the July 4th event.
Before the concerts and fireworks festivals, there were events for direct visitors from 4 pm, such as the “Party on the Plaza” in Austintown Plaza. The schedule is as follows.
- Kevindale will perform from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Chris Hibee will perform from 7:15 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
- Special presentation and national anthem 8:45 p.m.-9 p.m.
- Chris Hibee is back on stage and the concert will be broadcast live on MyYTV from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Fireworks will be set to music from 10 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
