Workers rescued after ‘scaffolding malfunction’ in downtown Austin
AUSTIN (KXAN) - Workers were rescued after a "scaffolding malfunction" at a construction site in downtown Austin "left two people hanging on ropes."
Austin Fire says there were no injuries; the two workers just seemed stuck…
