Waffle House buys land for first location in Round Rock
Austin-based Evergreen Commercial Real Estate announced on June 3 that Waffle House has purchased 0.612 acre property on the northeast corner of AW Grimes Boulevard and Roundville Lane, south of SH 45 N, in Round Rock.
Starbucks opens a new location in Round Rock on June 7th
Starbucks will open another Round Rock location on June 7th. The 1951 N. I-35, Round Rock location will have a passageway, according to a Starbucks spokesman.
