On the first floor there will be eight storefronts for living, 88 condominiums on the second and third floors and 10 penthouses on the fourth floor.
A central courtyard overlooking Bouldin Creek will feature a negative edge pool, private poolside cabanas, and outdoor BBQ and dining areas. Interior facilities include a lounge, fitness center and private coworking offices.
“We focus on building extraordinary homes that fit comfortably into the best neighborhoods we all want to live in,” said William Sayers, Texas Development Director at Intracorp. “This diverse collection of homes will feature timeless architecture, sustainable building features, efficient floor plans, and amenities that highlight Austin’s beautiful green spaces.”
