Georgetown: Texas Concrete Company Desires Manufacturing Facility in City’s Northern ETJ

Georgetown, Williamson County – A Texas-based concrete company was granted rainwater permit for a concrete plant at the planning and zoning committee meeting last week.

The proposed location, 41,658 acres at 32501 Ronald Reagan Blvd. is located in the city’s northern extraterritorial jurisdiction. The development is referred to as Concrete plant on the application.

Les Garrett with the Uhland-based Five star concrete represented the company.

The Buda office of Southwest Engineers, Inc. published the following specifications:

  • A 1,632 SF office building.
  • A 10 x 20 foot office building with 200 SF.
  • A 3,000 SF store building.
  • Private well, pump house and treatment tanks with private water pipes.
  • Fire armor.
  • Retention basin with two filter basins.
