Georgetown: Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center Set to Expand Operations

Georgetown, Williamson County – The Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center has come one step closer to its expansion plans after the planning and development commission approved their site plan.
The project under the name the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center building expansion is located at 1811 SE Inner Loop in the northeast part of the city.
The site currently has a 9,744 square foot building on 7.28 acres.
The Austin Office of Halff employees Are civil and surveyors and have published a site plan showing the addition of a proposed 15,521 square foot building. The extension increases the impermeable coverage 31.7% on a property where 65.3% is allowed.

The paved parking area will be increased by 88 spaces to a total of 115. The new parking lot will be located south of the existing building and enclose on the south, west and north sides of the new building.
The estimated cost of the project is $ 6 million. BLGY architecture, from Austin is on board the project team.
This was the third examination of the application previously examined by the Commission at its meetings on 21 September and 19 October.
