This follows the company’s recent announcement of ProteusRF, the first of several platforms showing the benefits Hiller Measurements Flow Control (HMFC) Process. With ProteusRF, Hiller supplies customer-specific RF interfaces that offer a 10-fold improvement in design and delivery times and do not require the typical one-time costs.

Ben Cloutier, Operations manager
Mr. Cloutier has been promoted from CFO to COO. Previously, he was Airbus Program Operations Manager for Hexcel Corporation and President / Site Manager for GE Aviation’s fan blade operations in San Marcos, TX, Mr. Cloutier with Hiller Measurements since 2020. His exemplary leadership role in improving the company’s financial position while setting the vision for operational excellence as CFO makes his move to COO beneficial to the continued growth of Hiller Measurements.
Jeff Smith, CFO
Mr. Smith brings over 15 years of financial leadership experience in industries aligned with Hiller Measurements’ areas of focus, including aerospace and defense, medical devices, oil and gas, and thermonuclear technology. In 2015, Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Finance for Esterline, developing and promoting operational efficiency metrics. In 2018 he played a key role in the sale of Esterline’s Engineered Materials Platform (the largest and most profitable operation) to TransDigm – later he worked as VP of Finance for the TransDigm Group.
Jeff Jones, Chief Quality Officer
Mr. Jones comes to Hiller Measurements with a rich leadership background in AS9100, Six Sigma and the related quality standards required for the products Hiller Measurements supplies. His background in quality systems development and implementation includes time at companies such as Motorola and BAE Systems. Most recently, he was Associate Manager of the Quality Compliance Team at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.
Tim DiFatta, Manager, Client Digital Engagement at Hiller Measurements
Mr. DiFatta joins the Dell Technologies Federal Business Enablement Program where he served as a program manager. During his tenure, Dell Federal was able to migrate several legacy, disparate business applications into a fully integrated business application ecosystem. Prior to Dell, Mr. DiFatta was an Engineering Program Manager at Northrop Grumman, leading enterprise-level software platform development. Mr. DiFatta leads the development of HMFC and Proteus related design and engagement tools, including the Proteus Design Center.
