Music under the oak
University Oaks Shopping Center is kicking off its free music series, which will run through mid-October with John Henry Johnson, an Austin guitar virtuoso. Stroll the mall while listening to his set, or grab a drink at participating restaurants with happy hour specials.

Music on the main street
Every Wednesday evening through late November, head to Prete Main Street Plaza for a night of live music, snacks from food stalls, and dancing. Enjoy a performance by honky tonk musician Weldon Henson this week.
