SCI-Arc offers two NAAB accredited Master of Architecture (M.Arch) programs. M.Arch 1 is open to applicants who have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree in any field of study. M.Arch 2 is aimed at applicants with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Bachelor of Arts in Architecture or a Bachelor of Architecture. Since it was founded in 1909, UTSOA has been one of the most respected architecture schools in the country. In the DesignIntelligence survey 2016-17, it took sixth place for its architecture degree and 12th place for its architecture degree.

UTSOA offers a Master of Architecture that meets the professional requirements for registration as an architect. It is aimed at two categories of applicants: applicants without academic training in architecture or with a four-year bachelor’s degree “pre-arch” who want to enter the architectural profession. The program includes an optional Certificate of Specialization in Monument Preservation, Sustainable Design, Urban Development, as well as an optional, transferable graduation certificate in Latin American Architecture.
