[ad_1]
The Müller community is booming, six new shops are moving to Aldrich-Strasse in the district.
What’s new: Three restaurants – Veracruz All Natural, Tinys Milk & Cookies, and the first Marufuku Ramen location in Austin – join Mueller’s collection of more than 40 restaurants.
- Veracruz Square on the corner of Aldrich and Simond Avenues, which opens in the first quarter of 2022, will replace its food truck near the Browning Hangar.
- Tinys Milk & Cookies will open its second Austin location on the ground floor of the Origin Hotel in 2022, offering a walk-in window with baked goods, coffee and homemade ice cream.
- San Francisco-based Marufuku Ramen will open its doors on the ground floor of the Shorenstein Alpha Building in 2022 and serve Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen.
Other business: Aldrich Street will also welcome Austin Eye Studio, Lone Star Pediatric Dental and Braces, and Vio Med Spa.
What you say: This is just the beginning, said Sergio Negrete, Vice President of Development at Müller-Master developer Catellus.
“Aldrichstrasse has become an accessible, family-friendly destination for people to eat, shop, relax, exercise, and chat, “said Negrete.” Later this year and early next year, people will have even more reasons for this new business with the additional “to visit companies that we will announce in the coming months.”
