[ad_1]
AUSTIN, TX – With so much going on in Austin, there’s never a shortage of great things to do. As October kicks in, Austinites will be delighted when the city opens Austin Restaurant Weeks and offers you ways to tackle hunger pangs when you dine out.
Hunger is a serious problem here in central Texas, where 1 in 7 of our neighbors aren’t sure where their next meal is coming from. You can help by dining at participating restaurants during Austin Restaurant Weeks, a two-week culinary extravaganza featuring discounted lunch, dinner, and cocktails at restaurants in the greater Austin area. A portion of the price of each meal goes straight to the Central Texas Food Bank, which can convert any dollar into four meals for our needy neighbors.
Austin Restaurant Weeks 2021 will run October 1-10, bringing chefs and foodies together to fight hunger in central Texas. Whether you crave delicious seafood or a perfectly grilled steak, a list of participating restaurants can be found HERE.
