1. Action Behavior Centers will open a Leander location in early 2022. The company offers applied behavior analysis therapy for children on the autism spectrum, according to the company. 2. The Black Rock Coffee Bar plans to open a coffee shop in Cedar Park next year, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The coffee company’s menu includes hot and iced coffee beverages, non-coffee beverages, and more. It will be 1909 E. Whitestone Blvd., Cedar Park. 3. Elevate Fitness and Physical Therapy plans to open its new fitness facility in January. The facility will offer personal training and group classes that combine strength, stamina and mobility for all fitness levels.
