Cooler starts in the morning, sunny skies and drier air allow temperatures to warm up quickly, with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. These conditions are expected to continue through Saturday before getting warmer and wetter on Sunday with partly cloudy skies, according to NWS Austin / San Antonio.
