The Austin Police Department (APD) has identified Travis Douglass and Audrey Petty as the dead in the fatal September 23 accident on Medical Parkway.
At around 1:30 a.m., officers responded to Block 4100 of the Medical Parkway with respect to a single vehicle collision into a building. The driver, Tristen Reyna, was heading south on the Medical Parkway when he left the lane and hit a building.
Travis Douglass and Audrey Petty were pronounced dead at the scene.
Tristen Reyna was admitted to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. He has been charged on two counts with manslaughter.
