Freebirds World Burrito has postponed the opening of its new restaurant at 3112 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Kingwood, from September to early January, according to Ryan Bradshaw, regional manager for Freebirds North Houston. The Tex-Mex chain based in Austin offers burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, nachos and salads to make yourself.

As previously reported by Community Impact Newspaper, the new location in Kingwood is part of Freebirds’ recently announced goal of doubling the total number of locations over the next five years; The expansion initiative will focus on the metropolitan areas of Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. The company is looking for more than 30 employees to fill the new Kingwood location. You can find more information about job offers or how to apply here.
