Montecito Medical Acquires Surgery Center Building in Arlington, TX

NASHVILLE, Tenn .– (BUSINESS WIRE) – Montecito Medical, a leading owner of medical office real estate across the United States, has completed the acquisition of a medical office building in Arlington, Texas that houses an operations center operated by the area’s dominant urology group.

The 16,000 square foot property is 100% leased to Urology Partners of North Texas.

Urology Partners of North Texas (UPNT) is a market leader with 26 physicians and nine locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. At the Arlington site, the group provides general urological services, urological surgery, radiation oncology, and imaging.

The property is located at 2400 Matlock Road in South Arlington, one mile north of Arlington Medical Center, a full-service acute care hospital owned by HCA Healthcare. The property is conveniently located in a busy commercial area near three main traffic arteries. Arlington is part of the 16th largest statistical metropolitan area in the United States with a large and growing patient base.
