An Austin-based investor has acquired a two-building office campus adjacent to the University of Texas at Dallas.
Waterview 190 campus is located at 17655 and 17657 Waterview Parkway, south of Bush Turnpike.
Capital Commercial Investments bought the 230,000 square meter office complex as part of a deal negotiated by Colliers International.
“The level of activity we received for this campaign was unprecedented,” Collier’s Creighton Stark said in a statement. “We had several groups targeting full price deals, but in the end our client gave it to the group that gave them the highest degree of completion guarantee.
“Investors from around the world have recognized North Texas as their most important consideration for the capital harvest.”
The buildings were erected in 1999 in the Synergy Business Park.
A Wisconsin-based investor sold the property.
Collier’s Stark, Chris Boyd and Cory Sovine brokered the sale.
“Waterview 190 is an indication of the bullish environment for office investment in North Texas,” said Boyd.
