Premier Pool Service, a subsidiary of Premier Pools & Spas, has expanded its Texas locations to include Fort Worth and Austin Southwest, expanding Premier’s range of pool service franchises.
Aaron Gurley, President of Premier Franchise Management, has named Ryan Stiles and Paul and Lisa Janacek to the owners of Premier Pool Service’s newest Texas locations.
Premier Pools & Spas has been offering pool service franchise opportunities since 2017 and selects like-minded entrepreneurs to contribute to Premier’s ever-growing business success.
Premier Pool Service franchisees participate in the cleaning, repair and maintenance of in-ground swimming pools. With Premiers Tools and its excellent name, franchisees carry out the service easily and successfully.
Premier Pools & Spas continues to surprise with over 100 locations in 32 states.

The Premier Pool Service franchise has grown exponentially over the past four years and currently has 22 franchises.
Fort Worth, TX | Owner: Ryan Stiles
Ryan Stiles may be new to the Premier family, but he’s no stranger to the pool industry. With an impressive ten years of experience, Ryan knows his way around the pool. He did everything from leading a team of six to cleaning a stretch of over 60 pools. His interest was piqued by his last boss who has his own premier franchise. After seeing Premier’s potential, Ryan decided to join their growing team.
He looks forward to building relationships within the company, be it with other franchisees or pool builders. He is happy to share his knowledge and not only build up individual success, but also contribute to the company’s success. With Ryan’s good-natured service approach, he is sure to be an excellent match for Premier. “I’m very personable with every customer,” said Ryan. “Even if you don’t register for the service, I will offer you my number so that you can answer any questions.”
Ryan was born and raised in California. He has a great appreciation for nature and spends his free time surfing, snowboarding and mountain biking. He and his fiancée Kelsea had their son in June 2020. You recently moved to Texas, and while it’s only been three months, Ryan is excited about all that Texas and Premier have to offer.
Austin Southwest, TX | Owners: Paul and Lisa Janacek
Paul and Lisa Janacek are among those ready for Premiers’ life changing opportunities. After hearing only positive things about the company, Paul knew this was an opportunity he and Lisa couldn’t miss. Paul brings a whopping 30 years of experience to Premier as he has held various roles in the utility and gas industries. Lisa has eight years of experience running a boutique booking agency and was the owner of a small catering company with Paul. Paul started working full time at Pools in March this year and looks forward to exploring the industry more with his wife by his side.
Paul is excited about this new chapter as he believes it will be a chance to use his technical and personal skills. With this in mind, he hopes to build a business that he and Lisa can pass on to their children. Both are adamant in their ability to make and achieve success with Premier and Paul said he looks forward to making a difference. “I hope to build a company that offers a premium type [of] Service that far exceeds the satisfaction of many pool owners, ”said Paul. “I hope that every customer speaks positively about our service.”
Both husband and wife were born and raised in Texas, with Paul in DeSoto and Lisa in Spicewood. The couple have three married sons and eight granddaughters. When not busy with work, they enjoy fishing, hunting, live music, and family vacations. You can also catch them doing grill cook-offs in their spare time.
