FOLSOM, California., September 28, 2021 / PRNewswire / – The Silicon Partners (“TSP”) announced today that it has acquired Logic Point, Inc (“Logic Point”), a SAP services and data quality consultancy based in United States Austin, TX focuses on servicing the energy and utility industry. Founded in 2001, Logic Point was one of SAP America’s (“SAP”) first service partners in the utility industry. More recently, Logic Point has used its proprietary Data Sherpa approach to data cleansing, governance, archiving, and reporting to work with some of the leading utilities in North America.
The following organizational changes are effective immediately:
- Nazir Ahmed, Founder and CEO of Logic Point, will serve as an advisor to the TSP board of directors.
- Spencer Brown, Founder and Chairman of Logic Point, will become SVP Global Head of Utilities for App Orchid Inc, a TSP partner and another Moneta Ventures supported company. App Orchid is a leading provider of AI / ML solutions for the energy and utilities industry.
